REC League Program (U10 & U13)


Session Length: 55-60 minutes

Our REC League for U10 and U13 players offers a fun, inclusive, and development-focused introduction to game play in a supportive environment. The program follows a child-centered approach to competition, helping players build confidence while continuing to develop their skills.

Each session includes a team warm-up followed by a scheduled game against another team:

  • U10: 40-minute games (two 20-minute halves), with a fun, activity-based warm-up
  • U13: 50-minute games (two 25-minute halves)

This structure provides players with consistent game experience while maintaining a focus on enjoyment, learning, and participation.

What to Bring

  • Shin pads and soccer cleats are required
  • Participants will be provided with a jersey
  • Please wear your jersey to each session (weather-appropriate layers may be needed for outdoor programs)
  • A water bottle for regular hydration breaks
