How to Run Engaging Sessions & Behaviour Management

Great sessions aren’t just about good activities - they’re about connection, clarity, and control of the environment. We’ll look at how to create standards that players understand and buy into, while building relationships that support positive behaviour. Engagement is intentional, not accidental.

Meet the Presenter

Sarah Taylor is a Canada Soccer B Diploma coach and holds her Canada Soccer Children’s Licence through Canada Soccer. She currently plays professionally for the Halifax Tides FC  and is passionate about sharing her experiences as both a player and coach.

Sarah is committed to helping coaches create engaging training environments built on clear expectations and strong relationships, both on and off the field.

This session is open exclusively to female coaches and managers within Paradise Soccer Club.

Our goal is to create a supportive, empowering space for women in coaching to learn, connect, and grow together.
